The answer is they don’t. Our homes look and feel the same as a conventional bungalow with all the mod cons you would expect, such as double glazing, gas central heating and mains electric. The difference between the two is in the way they are built. Homes are constructed off site using steel or timber frame.

The exterior finish provides an attractive and weatherproof exterior. All new park homes are upgraded to specific requirements to meet the British Standard BS 3632 Specification for Park homes and Park Lodges so you can rest assured they are built to the highest safety standards and specifications considering stability, ventilation and energy efficiency.

We realise how important security will be for your peace of mind and that of your new neighbours. Our parks are safe and secure for the benefit of you, our new home owners.
