Four Seasons Park not only accepts this without question but believes in taking proactive action to ensure a truly enjoyable experience for disabled patrons and / or their disabled visitors. At Four Seasons Park we always put the needs of people with physical disabilities as a top priority. Our objective is that Four Seasons is a park where people with disabilities want to live and find a welcome that they will find hard to find elsewhere.Life in a Park Home
Tens of thousands of people have discovered the park home secret.
To put it simply, buying a park home means your money goes a lot further. Park homes are like factory-built bungalows, with the cost saving over bricks and mortar construction shared with you, the buyer.
That means, that if you want to release some equity to really enjoy your retirement, moving to a park home can really make that happen.
Of course, that’s not the only benefit. You’ll be with like-minded people in a quiet spot, and park homes today are solidly built with stunning interiors. You’ll have a home you can truly enjoy from the moment you walk through the door. They’re very easy to maintain too, and as we take care of maintenance around the park for you, that will leave you even more time to enjoy doing the things you love.
Part Exchange
With the Four Seasons Park Home Exchange Scheme you can avoid the hassles of selling your property and the uncertainty of whether you will be able to move to your new Four Seasons Home.
Once you’ve chosen your Four Seasons home and have accepted a home exchange offer on your existing property, things can move along very quickly.
With Part Exchange there is:
- No solicitor fees
- No estate agent fees
- No stamp duty
How does it work?
Once you’ve decided to buy a Four Seasons Home, a reservation is made on the plot of your choice. This will take place normally with the park owner.
Solicitors are instructed and the sale and purchase will proceed to exchange of contracts and completion without delay.
